Project manager for this project with Marriott while working for John Perez under JohnPerez Architectural firm.
Duties Include: Coordination with all Consultants, Create detailed floor plans / elevations / sections / wall details and provide and or check specs. Marriott, which owns Aloft, had their prototype on their typical conditions, our job was to match their prototype as close as possible while adapting to our field conditions, although the prototype and actual project are very different, we managed to still capture the non traditional feel of hotels and provide a very industrial looking space.
